영문 초록

In order to evaluate the influence of H I, H2-histamine antagonist and disulfiram to ethanol and acetaldehyde patch test results, the author administerted the questionnaire about physical and physiological response related to alcohol drinking and patch test(70% Ethanol, 99.8% Ethanol, 1% Acetaldehyde) and drugs (histamine) antagonist ； chlorpheniramine, cimetidine, disulfiram) to 53 male medical students in Chosun Unversity. The results are summerized as follow; 1) In the results of 70% EPT, the positive rates of skin erythema were 71.7% in none medication group, 64.2% in histamine antagonist group, 94.3 캉 in disulfiram group.
