영문 초록

In the absence of express or implied agreement with regard to the law awlicable to the contract, the law of the country with which contract is most closely connected can be an alternative pro(XJsaI in the choice of applicable governing law. The j)I)I"pOse of this study is to analyse applicability of governing law between concerned parties in the letter of credit transaction through application of the law of the country with which contract is most closely connected. And this study examines governing law between issuing bank and confirming bank by introducing a case which is awlied the Rome Convention 1900.
