국문 초록

연구목적: 이 연구는 특수교육 현장에서 디지털 교육이 효과적으로 실행되기 위해 특수교사에게 필요한 디지털 역량을 탐색하고 이를 역량 체계(역량군-역량요소-역량지표)로 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 이 연구는 교사 디지털 역량에 관한 문헌을 분석하여 특수교사 디지털 역량 체계 초안을 개발하였고 20명의 전문가를 대상으로 2차례에 걸친 델파이 조사를 통해 역량 체계에 대한 타당도를 검증하였다. 연구결과: 디지털 교육을 위해 특수교사에게 필요한 역량 체계를 4개 역량군, 9개 역량요소, 22개 역량지표로 도출하였다. 결론: 이 연구는 특수교사에게 필요한 디지털 역량을 단계적으로 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 특수교사 디지털 역량 수준을 진단하고 역량 수준에 따라 맞춤형 연수가 운영될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 또한, 교사 양성과정에서 예비 특수교사의 디지털 역량 함양을 위한 기초자료로도 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the digital competency framework (competency groups, competency elements, and competency indicators) required for special education teachers in order for digital education to be effectively utilized in special education practice, and to draw implications for future digital competency enhancement of special education teachers. Method: This study analyzed the literature on teacher digital competencies to develop a draft digital competency framework for special education teachers and validated the competency framework through two Delphi surveys with 20 experts. Results: The competencies needed by special education teachers for digital education were finalized into 4 competency groups, 9 competency elements, and 22 competency indicators. Conclusion: This study conducted a step-by-step analysis of the digital competencies required for special education teachers. Based on these findings, it is expected that diagnostic tools for assessing the digital competency levels of special education teachers can be developed, enabling the implementation of tailored training programs according to competency levels. Furthermore, the results of this study can serve as foundational data for fostering the digital competencies of pre-service special education teachers in teacher training programs.
