국문 초록

연구목적: 이 연구의 목적은 중학교 개별화교육지원팀이 개인중심 개별화교육계획을 운영하는 과정에서 얻게 된 실천적 지식을 살펴보는 데 있다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 2023년 4월부터 2024년 2월까지 총 10개월 동안 개별화교육지원팀과 협력적 실행연구방법을 적용하여 개인중심 IEP를 운영하였으며, 실행과정에서 수집된 자료는 포괄적 분석 절차를 활용하여 3가지 상위범주와 10개의 하위 범주, 28개의 의미단위로 구성하였다. 연구결과: 이 연구를 통해 얻게 된 실천적 의미는 첫째, 학생, 보호자, 교사 교육 3주체의 목소리를 듣는 것에서부터 개인중심 IEP 운영이 시작되었고, 둘째, 개인중심 IEP는 개별화교육지원팀의 협력을 통해 가장 탁월하게 운영될 수 있고 개별화교육지원팀의 협력은 IEP 수립·실행·평가 전반에 걸쳐 이루어졌으며, 셋째, 개별화교육지원팀의 개인중심 IEP 운영에 대한 협력은 학생, 보호자, 교사 모두를 성장시키는 과정이었다는 것이다. 결론: 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 통합교육 환경에서 개인중심 IEP를 적용할 때 활용할 수 있는 기초적인 정보와 실행에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the practical knowledge gained by the middle school individualized education support team in the process of operating an person-centered individualized education plan. Method: To this end, a person-centered IEP was operated for a total of 10 months from April 2023 to February 2024 by applying the collaborative action research method with the individualized education support team. The data collected in the implementation process consisted of 3 upper categories, 10 subcategories, and 28 semantic units using a comprehensive analysis procedure. Results: 1) person-centered IEP operation began by listening to the voices of the three subjects of student, guardian, and teacher education 2) person-centered IEP can be operated most excellently through the cooperation of the individualized education support team; cooperation by the individualized education support team was achieved throughout the establishment, implementation, and evaluation of IEP 3) cooperation by the individualized education support team on the operation of person-centered IEP was a process to grow students, guardians, and teachers. Conclusion: Based on these findings, basic information and implications for implementation that can be used when applying person-centered IEPs in an integrated education environment are presented.
