[연구목적] 본 연구의 목적은 대학의 정규 교과목을 마이크로러닝 콘텐츠로 개발, 수업에 활용하고 학습자들의 학습경험을 토대로 전통적 이러닝 콘텐츠와 의 비교 분석을 통해 교육적 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. [연구방법] 사이버대학의 전공 기초과목 중 마이크로러닝에 적합한 1개 교과 목을 선정, 마이크로러닝 교수설계 원리에 의해 콘텐츠를 전면 개편하여 실제 수업에 활용하고 수강생 대상으로 설문조사와 인터뷰를 통해 마이크로러닝 콘 텐츠의 특징, 장단점, 개선점 등에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다. [연구결과] 마이크로러닝 콘텐츠는 학습자들의 학습몰입과 전이력을 촉진하고, 다양한 코너와 미디어 활용으로 학습자들의 학습참여와 지적 호기심을 유발하는데 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 기존의 정형화된 콘텐츠에 비해 콘텐츠 재생시간이 짧다는 것과 콘텐츠 구성의 다양성이 장점으로 제시된 반면 학습정리와 평가하기 영역에서는 학습자들의 자기주도적 학습활동을 요구하는 형태보다는 교수자가 직접 설명하는 방식을 더 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 마이크로러닝 콘텐츠 설계과정에서 학습자들의 특성을 적극적으로 반영할 필요가 있으며, 마이크로러닝 콘텐츠의 다양한 활용 가능성과 접근성을 위한 학습지원시스템을 지속적으로 업그레이드 할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to develop regular university subjects into microlearning content, use it in classes, and present educational implications through comparative analysis with traditional e-learning content based on learners' learning experiences. [Methods] One subject suitable for microlearning was selected among the basic major subjects of a cyber university, the content was completely reorganized based on the principles of microlearning instructional design, and it was used in actual classes. The characteristics of microlearning content were identified through surveys and interviews with students. Implications regarding advantages, improvements, etc. were derived. [Results] Microlearning content was found to have a positive effect on promoting learners' learning immersion and transferability, and in inducing learners' learning participation and intellectual curiosity through the use of various corners and media. In addition, while the short content playback time and diversity of content composition were presented as advantages compared to existing standardized content, in the area of learning organization and evaluation, the method of direct explanation by the instructor is preferred rather than the method of requiring self-directed learning activities by learners. appeared to be more preferred. [Conclusion] There is a need to actively reflect the characteristics of learners in the microlearning content design process, and there is a need to continuously upgrade the learning support system for various usability and accessibility of microlearning content.
