본 연구의 목적은 청소년 및 성인 초기 발달장애인을 대상으로 직장생활 관련 사회성 기술을 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하고, 타당화 과정을 통해 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하는 데 있다. 문헌분석을 통해 직장생활 관련 사회성 기술의 구성요인을 도출하고, 이를 토대로 국내외 관련 검사 도구들을 분석하여 척도 초안을 개발하였다. 개발된 척도 초안에 대해 직업교육 및 고용지원 관련 전문가들을 대상으로 1차 내용타당도 검증과 델파이 조사를 통한 2차 내용타당도 검증을 실시하고, 청소년 및 성인 초기 발달장애인의 직업교육 및 취업 준비 관련 전문가 24명을 대상으로 예비 조사를 실시하였다. 예비 조사를 통해 수합된 의견 및 전문가 자문을 바탕으로 척도 초안을 수정한 후, 고등학교 및 전공과에 근무하는 특수교사와 고용 관련 유관기관 전문가 234명을 대상으로 본 조사를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 수합된 223명의 응답 자료에 대해 기술통계 분석을 실시하고, 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하여 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하기 위한 타당화를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 직장생활 태도 요인(11문항), 의사소통 요인(10문항), 사회적 문제해결 요인(10문항), 대인관계 요인(6문항)으로 구성된 37문항의 척도가 확정되었다. 공인타당도 검증을 위해 본 연구에서 개발한 척도와 사회성 기술 평정척도와의 상관분석을 실시한 결과, 높은 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 또한, 본 연구에서 개발된 직장생활 관련 사회성 기술 척도는 적정 수준의 신뢰도를 갖춘 것으로 확인되었다. 연구 결과를 토대로 본 도구의 활용 방안과 연구 의의와 제한점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언이 논의되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a scale that measures the work-related social skills of adolescents and adults in their 20s with developmental disabilities and to verify its reliability and validity. A literature review was conducted on prior studies about work-related social skills to derive their concepts and components. A total of 256 initial items were extracted from the review and analysis of measurement tools used to measure social skills and related variables in the preceding study, as well as transition assessment and vocational tools. Next, the content validity was conducted to examine the draft of the scale from experts in vocational education and employment support, and a preliminary survey was conducted on 24 experts. Subsequently, a 68-item questionnaire for the main survey was finalized after modification based on feedback from respondents in the preliminary survey and review by experts. The main survey was conducted on 234 experts in vocational education and employment support, including special education teachers in high schools and post-secondary programs. A total of 223 questionnaires were collected to analyze the reliability and validity of the scale. Finally, the final 37 items were derived from the exploratory factor analysis(EFA) that includes work-related attitude factor(11 items), communication factor(10 items), social problem-solving factor(10 items), and interpersonal relationship factor(6 items). Correlation analysis was conducted to verify the concurrent validity, and the correlation coefficient indicated a significant positive correlation. The overall Cronbach’s α and its value for four factors also indicated high reliability. Based on the findings, the utilization strategies of this tool, the significance and limitations of the study, and suggestions for future research were discussed.
