국문 초록

“New cultural mission” is the theoretical theme of Xi Jinping's cultural thought, which constructs the coordinate system of cultural construction in the new era and paints a beautiful picture of promoting national rejuvenation through civilizational rejuvenation. Research and interpretation of the major theoretical and practical proposition of “new cultural mission” show that: continuing to promote cultural prosperity is its dynamic mission, building a cultural power is its functional mission, and building the modern civilization of the Chinese nation is its purposeful mission. The three together constitute the core essence of the “new cultural mission”; historical evolution and environmental changes, theoretical iteration and objective laws, social needs and people's expectations, and international vision and global responsibility are intertwined, and together constitute the generation mechanism of the “new cultural mission”; distinct guiding function, powerful aggregation function, and unique identification function are the value manifestations of the “new cultural mission”.

영문 초록

“新的文化使命”是习近平文化思想的理论主题，构建了新时代文化建设的坐标系，壁画了以文明复兴推动民族复兴的美好画卷。对“新的文化使命”一重大理论和实践命题进行研究阐释，可知：继续推动文化繁荣是其动力性使命，建设文化强国是其功能性使命，建设中华民族现代文明是其目的性使命，三者共同构成“新的文化使命”的核心要义；历史演进与环境变迁、理论迭代与客观规律、社会需求与民众期待和国际视野与全球责任相互交织，共同构成“新的文化使命”的生成机制；鲜明的导向功能、强大的聚合功能、独特的标识功能是“新的文化使命”的价值彰显。
