국문 초록

College counselors are an important force in the ideological and political education for college students. In order to adapt to the situation and requirements of ideological and political education for college students in the new era, it is crucial to build a high-quality team of counselors. The construction of the counselor team is the core and key to promoting the development of the counselor team. Currently, the counselor team is facing three challenges: the team structure needs to be improved, the construction concept needs to be transformed, and the construction mechanism needs to be perfected. On this basis, a systematic analysis is conducted on the feasibility of applying team theory to the construction of the counselor team. From the perspective of team theory, in order to better promote the construction of the college counselor team, three paths are proposed. Firstly, optimizing the team building structure to improve work efficiency. Secondly, creating a team atmosphere to enhance team cohesion. Thirdly, improve the team building mechanism to ensure the sustainable development of the team.

영문 초록

高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量。为了适应新时代大学生思想政治教育的形势与要求，建设一支高质量的辅导员队伍至关重要。高校辅导员团队建设是促进辅导员队伍发展的核心与关键。当前，高校辅导员队伍面临结构亟待完善、建设理念有待转变、建设机制有待健全的现实困境。在此基础上，借助团队理论，对其应用于高校辅导员队伍建设的可行性进行系统分析。以团队理论为视角，从优化团队组建结构，提高工作实效；营造团队氛围，增强团队凝聚力；完善团队建设机制，确保团队持续发展三方面提出优化路径，以更好地推动高校辅导员队伍建设。
