국문 초록

The ruling discourse of the Communist Party of China is the presentation of the Party's ruling theory and practice in the form of words or concepts, that is the accurate expression of the understanding of the Party's ruling law.Since the founding of the Communist Party of China, the party has built a unique discourse mechanism, including external deduction and internal logic, around the governing concept, governing means and governing methods.With the development of the times and practice, this mechanism has been continuously innovated and formed new categories and concepts that adapt to the times, the people and the world.On the new journey, continuing to promote the innovation and development of the party's ruling discourse, basing on the structural and cyclical laws of the ruling discourse,consciously to optimize the value concise mechanism from the inside out, and lay the value support for the innovation of the party's ruling discourse.Then optimizing the theory supply mechanism to provide theoretical sources for innovating the party's ruling discourse.Last optimizing the concept innovation mechanism, creating new categories and new expressions for the Party's ruling discourse, so as to maintain the vitality of the ruling discourse, that making the endogenous mechanism of the Party's ruling discourse more characteristic of the new era.

영문 초록

中国共产党执政话语是党的执政理论和实践在言语或概念等形式上的呈现，是对党执政规律认识的精准表述。中国共产党成立以来，党围绕执政理念、执政手段、执政方式等构建了独具特色的话语机制，包括外在演绎和内在逻辑。这种机制随着时代和实践的发展不断创新，形成适应时代、适应人民、适应国际的新范畴、新概念。新征程上，继续推进党的执政话语创新发展，立足执政话语的结构性和周期性规律，自觉优化由内而外的价值凝练机制，为创新党的执政话语奠定价值支撑；优化理论供给机制，为创新党的执政话语提供理论来源；优化概念创新机制，为党的执政话语创造新范畴和新表达，以保持执政话语的生机活力，从而使党的执政话语内生性机制更具有新时代新特色。
