국문 초록

Achieving common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism and an important feature of Chinese-style modernization. Narrowing the urban-rural gap is one of the main directions to achieve common prosperity, and the income gap is the most important manifestation of the urban-rural gap. Therefore, narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas is an inevitable choice to achieve common prosperity, an objective requirement for solidly promoting common prosperity, a full manifestation of the people-centered concept, and a realistic need to solve the main social contradictions. At present, narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas in the process of achieving common prosperity is also facing many practical difficulties, mainly manifested in the persistence of the income gap between urban and rural residents, the difficulty of farmers to increase their income, the insufficient supply of rural public services, and the obvious regional gap in farmers' income. It is necessary to improve the income distribution policy, promote the revitalization of rural industries, increase the supply of public services, optimize the long-term mechanism of regional cooperation, coordinate the integrated development of urban and rural areas, let urban and rural residents share the achievements of development, and solidly promote the common prosperity of all people.

영문 초록

实现共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求，也是中国式现代化的重要特征。缩小城乡差距是实现共同富裕的主攻方向之一，收入差距是城乡差距的最主要表现。因此，缩小城乡收入差距是实现共同富裕的必然选择，是扎实推进共同富裕的客观要求，是以人民为中心理念的充分彰显，也是破解社会主要矛盾的现实需要。当前，在实现共同富裕过程中缩小城乡收入差距也面临诸多现实困境，主要表现在城乡居民收入差距持续存在，农民增收难度较大，乡村公共服务供给不足以及农民收入区域差距明显等方面。要完善收入分配政策、推动乡村产业振兴、加大公共服务供给、优化区域协作长效机制，统筹城乡融合发展，让城乡居民共享发展成果，扎实推进全体人民共同富裕。
