국문 초록

This study aims to investigate the ethical risks induced by the application of artificial intelligence technology in various fields, but does not provide recommendations for effective governance of these risks. By using normative analysis and case analysis methods, the logic behind the formation of ethical risks in artificial intelligence and the challenges it poses for effective governance are revealed. On this basis, this study proposes a path for the governance of ethical risks in artificial intelligence, including implementing restrictions on the application of artificial intelligence technology, reviewing big data technology, and effectively monitoring algorithm technology, in order to achieve effective governance of ethical risks in artificial intelligence.

영문 초록

本研究旨在深入研究人工智能技术在各领域应用所诱发的伦理风险，并未对该风险的有效治理提供建议。通过规范分析法和案例分析法，揭示出人工智能伦理风险形成的逻辑与对有效治理存在的困境。在此基础上，本研究提出了人工智能伦理风险治理路径的思考，包括对人工智能技术的应用实施限制、对大数据技术进行审核以及对算法技术进行有效监测，以期实现人工智能伦理风险的有效治理。
