국문 초록

본 연구는 아동학대의 발생에서 가장 높은 비율을 차지하는 가정 내 아동학대에 대하여 잠재계층분석을 통해 아동학대 행위자 특성을 중심으로 집단유형을 확인하고, 각 집단의 특성 및 다양한 심리 사회적 요인을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 ‘아동학대 실태와 학대 피해아동 보호법제를 위한 연구’ 자료를 활용하여 잠재계층분석을 실시하였으며, 분석 결과 ‘성격문제 재범형’, ‘부적절한 양육태도형’, ‘복합원인 및 음주형’의 세 하위유형으로 가정 내 아동학대행위자 집단이 분류되었다. 분류된 집단과 인구통계학적 특성 및 학대 행위와 교차분석을 실시한 결과 ‘성격문제 재범형’은 기질적, 성격적 결함 및 단독, 재범 비율이 높았으며 평소 부부 사이가 좋지 않았다. ‘부적절한 양육태도형’ 집단에서 범행원인은 부모의 부적절한 양육태도와 기술이었으며 가장 많은 학대 행위자가 속한 유형이었다. ‘복합원인 및 음주형’은 가장 고위험 집단으로, 아동학대의 동기가 다양하고 음주상태에서 공범이 없이 단독으로 재범할 위험성, 아동학대 행위자의 피학대 경험 비율이 높았다. 이후 각 유형에 속한 아동학대 행위자에 대해 치료 및 개입 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 형사사법기관에서 인지한 아동학대에 대해 가정 내 아동학대 행위자 특성과 아동학대 범죄 발생 맥락을 포함하여 집단을 구분하고 그에 따른 개입 방안을 제시하였다는 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the type of group classification through latent class analysis for domestic child abuse and to examine the characteristics of each group and various psychosocial factors. As a result of the analysis, domestic child abuser was classified into three sub-types: “personality problems and recidivism”, “improper parenting attitude”, and “complex causes and drinking”. Next, chi-square test was conducted to confirm the characteristics of the classified groups. The “personality problems and recidivism” had high rates of characteristic deficit, and recidivism, and the usual marital relationship was not good. In the “improper parenting attitude”, the motive of the crime was improper parenting attitude and skill, and the type to which the most abusers belonged. The “complex causes and drinking” was were found to be the most at-risk group, with accomplices, likely recidivism, and the possibility that the abuser experienced abuse. In this study, it is meaningful that groups were classified, including the characteristics of child abuser in the family and the context of child abuse crimes recognized by criminal justice agencies, and intervention measures were suggested accordingly.
