국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 트라우마 사건을 경험한 아동 및 청소년을 대상으로 외상 후 스트레스 증상을평가하는 척도인 CATS-2를 한국판으로 타당화하고 단축형 척도를 개발하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여아동 및 아동보호자 356쌍(각 356명)과 청소년 533명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 그결과, 문항의 평균, 표준편차, 왜도와 첨도는 적절하게 나타났으며, 하위 요인의 내적 신뢰도는 .88 에서 .97로 나타나 양호한 수준이었다. 확인적 요인분석 결과 DSM-5 PTSD는 4요인 모형 구조가 지지되었으며, ICD-11 복합 PTSD에서는 2요인 위계 모형이 수용되었다. 그리고 본 도구가 PTSD 임상집단을 잘 변별하는지 확인하고자 ROC 곡선 분석을 통해 절단점을 산출하였다. 절단점은 K-CATS-2 의 아동용 DSM-5 PTSD는 21점, ICD-11 PTSD는 7점, 청소년용 DSM-5 PTSD는 24점, ICD-11 PTSD 는 8점으로 나타났다. 또한, 관련된 척도들과 상관 분석 결과 양호한 공존 타당도를 보였다. 마지막으로, 임상현장에서 활용도를 높이고자 4문항(5, 7, 11, 18번 문항)의 단축형을 제안하였으며, 단축형의 내적 신뢰도는 .86에서 .90으로 양호한 수준이었다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 본 도구의활용 방안에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to validate the Korean version of the Child and Adolescent Trauma Screen 2 and to develop a shortened version of the scale. For this purpose, data were collected and analyzed from 356 pairs of children and their caregivers and 533 adolescents. The results indicated that the items were appropriate, and internal reliability of the sub-factors ranged from .88 to .97, demonstrating a good level of reliability. Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed that DSM-5 PTSD fits a 4-factor model, and ICD-11 Complex PTSD fits a 2-factor hierarchical model. Additionally, the cutoff scores were calculated using ROC curve analysis to confirm that K-CATS-2 discriminates well among PTSD clinical groups. Furthermore, correlational analyses with relevant scales demonstrated good concurrent validity. Finally, a brief version of 4 items(5, 7, 11, and 18) was proposed to enhance its utilization in clinical settings, and the internal reliability of the shortened version was good. The implications of the study findings and suggestions for future studies were discussed.
