상담 동료 슈퍼비전에 대한 국외 연구 동향

국문 초록

본 연구는 상담 분야에서 이루어지고 있는 동료 슈퍼비전 연구의 국외 동향을 체계적으로 살펴보기 위해 1969년부터 2023년 12월까지 국외 학술지에 영어로 게재된 59편의 논문들을 분석하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 동료 슈퍼비전 연구의 주제는 성과연구, 특정주제 개관연구, 사례연구 등의 순서로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구 방법은 질적 연구, 문헌 연구, 양적 연구, 혼합 연구 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구 대상은 수련 상담사와 학교 상담사가 전체 연구의 57.63%로 가장 큰 비중을 차지하였다. 넷째, 동료 슈퍼비전은 15주 이내의 기간, 주 1회, 60분에서 90분 동안 진행된 형태가 가장 많았다. 마지막으로 동료 슈퍼비전 성과 측정 변인을 범주화하여 제시하였다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 향후 국내 동료 슈퍼비전 연구에 대한 방향과 시사점을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

To systematically examine international trends in peer supervision research in the field of counseling, this study analyzed 59 articles published in English in international journals between 1969 and December 2023. The results are summarized as follows. First, the topics of peer supervision research were identified in the following order: outcome studies, topic overviews, case studies, etc. Second, the research methods were qualitative, literature review, quantitative, and mixed methods. Third, in terms of research subjects, practicing counselors and school counselors accounted for 57.63% of all studies. Fourth, peer supervision was most often conducted once a week for 60 to 90 minutes over a period of 15 weeks or less. Finally, peer supervision outcome measures were categorized and presented. Based on the results of these analyses, directions and implications for future peer supervision research in Korea were suggested.
