국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 초기성인의 안정되고 건강한 커플관계 유지를 위한 커플관계교육 모델 및 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 선행연구에 근거하여 개발된 커플관계교육 모델(CREM)을 고안한 후, 15인의 전문가 내용타당도 검증을 거쳐 이해, 계획, 실행, 평가 등 네 단계로 구성된 커플관계교육모델을 확정하였다. CREM을 기반으로 개발된 프로그램은 20대∼30대 다섯 커플을 대상으로 파일럿 테스트를 통해 적절성과 효과성을 확인한 후, 커플관계교육 프로그램을 완성하였다. 본 연구의 커플관계교육 프로그램은 개인 이해 및 갈등해결과 커플의 관계 확립을 위한 커플파트너십 등의 구성요인에 대한 교육에 중점을 두었다. 한편, 이 프로그램은 플립드 러닝, 블렌디드러닝, 워크샵, 게임, 퀴즈, 표현활동 등의 다양한 학습방법을 적용하여 시간 및 장소 활용에 있어 유연성이 있으므로 초기성인들이 즐겁게 참여할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop a model and program for couple relationship education to maintain stable and healthy relationships between young adults. Based on prior research, the couple relationship education model(CREM) was devised, secured content validity from 15 experts, and then finalized the couple education model (CREM). It consists of four stages understanding, planning, practice, and evaluation. The program, developed based on CREM, was completed through a pilot test with five couples in their 20s to 30s, confirming its appropriateness and effectiveness. The couple relationship education program based on CREM focused on educating couples about the components of a partnership for individual understanding, conflict resolution, and relationship establishment. Utilizing various learning methods such as flipped learning, blended learning, workshops, games, quizzes, and expressive activities, the program facilitates flexibility in terms of time and location, ensuring that young adults can participate joyfully.
