To help tea producers make safe tea and consumers to help them buy tea, South Korean Tea Tasting Contest is held every year in tea producing cities and major cities. However, consumers do not know whether these tea contests are being held, and tea producers are wondering if the cars I have made have been fairly judged. Western countries such as the US, Germany, and the UK are also growing their tea business every year based on tea quality assessments. In particular, among the three East Asian countries, China is ahead of Korea in terms of Jeddah technology, breeding development, product development, and tea consumption, because it has a long history of tea quality evaluation. The history of quality assessment in Korea is about 20 years old but it is still in its early stage compared to other countries. Only a few of tea producers are participating in the 'Gangjin Wild Hand-made Tea Tasting Contest' when tea is produced in many farmhouses in Korea. In order to revitalize the tea industry in Korea, first, the tea quality evaluation competition should be activated and if the quality evaluation competition is activated, the domestic tea industry will be revitalized. Such a tea quality evaluation competition should be held with impartiality, fairness and public interest. In order to hold a better contest than the present, the 'Gangjin Wild Hand-made Tea Tasting Contest' should also allow the producers, who are the exhibitors, to conduct the examination under fair conditions, and the judges shall conduct a fair examination, It should provide information. To this end, there is also a section to be improved in the Gangjin Wild Hand-made Tea Tasting Contest. First, organizational restructuring is needed so that efficient work can be done by dispersing the tasks that are concentrated in the secretariat, which is responsible for the operation of the tournament, communication with local governments, and public relations. Secondly, in the evaluation of green tea, fermented tea, consumers should be able to add the tea portion that they drink to evaluate. Third, the judges' qualifications should be managed by the state, and only qualified judges should be improved in order to carry out the quality evaluation. Fourth, we must actively promote the awarded tea to increase sales. Fifth, after the quality evaluation, the evaluation data should be observed annually to help the quality improvement. If we improve the way we run the competition, it will be a competition that will help more tea producers and consumers. All of this is difficult without the aid of national budgets and step-by-step tea industry development policies.
