국문 초록

본 연구는 군과 경영 그리고 스포츠 영역에서 진행된 리더십 연구 동향을 비교하여 살펴보자 하 였다 이를 위해 군 경영 스포츠 영역을 구분하여 사회적인 이슈를 바탕으로 선별하여 분석하였다 분석 대상은 코칭 년 년 편 군 년 년 편 스포츠 년 년 편 영역에서 진행된 연구 자료를 바탕으로 살펴보았다 세 영역에서 진행된 리더십 연구 동향을 살펴보는 과정에서 스포츠 리더십의 연구 동향은 선행연구를 정리하는 차원으로 분석했고 군과 경 영 영역에서의 리더십은 앞으로 진행될 방향과 시사점을 제시하는 데 중점을 두었다 리더십 연구 동향을 살펴본 결과는 다음과 같다 첫째 리더의 정의에 관한 시사점이다 리더십 연구 동향에서 볼 수 있는 행동 조직 역할 을 기준으로 리더십 정의에 관한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다 둘째 리더 중심의 다각적인 검증 연구가 필요하다 리더십 동향 연구에서 살펴본 기준 은 효과 검증 리더 정의 검증 리더의 유형과 관계 검증 을 볼 수 있다 셋째 학제 간 리더십 비 교연구가 필요하다 추후 연구는 서로의 영역에서 공통적인 부분과 학제 간 연구가 가능한 주제의 경우에는 리더십 비교연구가 구체적으로 진행되어야 할 것이다 스포츠 리더십에서 제시한 연구 문 제는 군과 경영에서도 충분히 반영된 연구가 가능하다고 보인다 현장에서 해결하지 못하는 문제의 경우 다른 영역에서 진행된 결과를 바탕으로 접근해 볼 수 있다 넷째 스포츠 리더십에서 제시한 연구 문제를 수용한 연구를 고려해 보아야 할 것이다 군 리더십과 경영에서의 코칭 리더십은 시간 과 양적인 측면에서 아직 부족하다고 볼 수 있다 스포츠 영역에서 진행된 젠더 혹은 실패한 리더 십과 같은 주제 등은 바탕으로 군과 경영 영역에서도 연구 문제로 다루어 볼 만한 이슈라고 생각한 다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to compare and examine the research on 'leadership' trend conducted in the military, management, and sports fields. To this end, (military, management, sports) were selected and analyzed based on social issues. The analysis targets were examined based on research data conducted in coaching (65 articles from 2009 to 2018), the military (84 articles from 2012 to 2021), and sports (284 articles from 2000 to 2018). The results of the research on leadership trends are as follows. This study looked at the research on 'leadership' trends conducted in the military, management, and sports fields. The research on trends in sports leadership was analyzed as a dimension of arrangement, and leadership in the military and management focused on presenting future directions and implications. The results of the research on leadership trends are as follows. First, it is the implications for the definition of a leader. Research on the definition of leadership should be conducted based on 'behavior', 'organization', and 'role' that can be seen in the research on leadership trends. Second, multilateral verification research centered on 'leader' is needed. The criteria examined in the leadership trend study can be seen as 'effectiveness verification', 'leadership definition verification', and 'leadership type and relationship verification'. Third, interdisciplinary leadership comparison research is needed. In the future research, specific leadership comparison studies should be conducted in the case of common areas in each other's domains and topics that enable interdisciplinary research. It seems that the research problems suggested by sports leadership can be sufficiently reflected in the military and management. Problems that can not be solved in the field can be approached based on the results conducted in other areas. Fourth, research that has accepted the research problems suggested by sports leadership should be considered. It can be seen that military leadership and coaching leadership in management lack historical time and amount of research. Based on the preceding research on sports leadership trends, topics such as gender or failed leadership should be dealt with as research problems in the military and management.
