국문 초록

한국교회는 포스트 코로나 시대에 부응하기 위해 목회 패러다임의 전환을 요구받고 있으며 그 가운데 가장 시급한 것은 소수에게 집중된 의사결정 과정의 개선에 대한 요청이다 의사결정에 있 어서 가장 중요한 것은 리더와 구성원 간의 신뢰를 바탕으로 한 대화와 협력이지만 지금까지 한국 교회는 소수의 리더에 의해서 독점되는 경우가 많았다 따라서 포스트 코로나 시대에는 리더와 구 성원 간의 원활한 소통과 협력 그리고 집단지성을 통한 분석과 실행계획을 함께 만들어가는 새로운 목회 패러다임이 유용하다 본 연구는 교회 수명주기이론에 바탕을 둔 목회코칭모델 개발을 통한 새로운 목회 패러다임을 제안하고자 하는 데 있다 리더와 구성원 간의 의사소통을 강화하기 위해 코칭의 주요 구성 요소를 기반으로 하여 목회코칭 대화 모델을 정리하고 퍼실리테이션 기법을 각 각의 단계별로 적용한 목회코칭모델을 개발하고자 한다 연구결과는 다음과 같다 첫째 목회코칭모델은 교회 공동체가 함께 교회의 존재 목적과 가치를 공유함으로 구성원들의 신뢰가 깊어짐으로 헌신도를 높일 수 있는 데 유효한 방법이다 둘째 목회 코칭모델은 교회 구성들의 다양한 아이디어와 합의 과정을 통해서 교회의 비전과 나아갈 방향을 정 립함으로 사역에 집중하는데 효과적인 방법이다 셋째 목회코칭모델은 교회 구성원들의 다양성을 인정하고 그들의 역량에 맞는 사역의 장을 제공함으로 자신의 최고의 역량을 발휘하도록 하는데 유 효한 방법이다 넷째 목회코칭모델은 교회 공동체의 보수적이고 경직화된 조직에 새로운 활력을 불 어넣음으로써 재도약하는 기회를 제공하는데 유효한 방법이다 목회코칭모델은 교회 공동체를 이루는 구성원 전체가 함께 참여함으로 소통의 장을 열 어 같은 목적과 비전을 공유하고 권한위임을 통한 새로운 전략을 만들어내는 과정으로써 교회 공 동체의 집단지성을 끌어내는 실행방안을 제시한다

영문 초록

The Korean church is being urged to transition its pastoral paradigm to adapt to the post-COVID-19 era, with the most urgent request being the improvement of decision-making processes that have been concentrated among a few. In decision-making, the most crucial aspect is dialogue and collaboration based on trust between leaders and members, yet the Korean church has often been dominated by a minority of leaders. Therefore, in the post-COVID-19 era, a new pastoral paradigm that emphasizes smooth communication and collaboration between leaders and members, as well as the analysis and execution planning through collective intelligence, is deemed useful. This study proposes a new pastoral paradigm through the development of a pastoral coaching model based on church life cycle theory. To enhance communication between leaders and members, the study aims to develop a pastoral coaching model by organizing a pastoral coaching dialogue model based on the main components of coaching and applying facilitation techniques at each stage. The research findings are as follows: Firstly, the pastoral coaching model is an effective method for deepening trust among church members by collectively sharing the church's purpose and values, thereby increasing dedication. Secondly, the pastoral coaching model is an effective method for focusing on ministry by establishing the vision and direction of the church through diverse ideas and consensus among church members. Thirdly, the pastoral coaching model is an effective method for recognizing the diversity of church members and providing ministry opportunities tailored to their abilities to enable them to exhibit their highest capabilities. Fourthly, the pastoral coaching model is an effective method for revitalizing conservative and rigid organizations within church communities by injecting new vitality, thus providing an opportunity for renewal. The C·H·A·M·P pastoral coaching model suggests an implementation approach that draws out collective intelligence within the church community by enabling the full participation of all members in sharing the same purpose and vision and creating new strategies through delegated authority.
