금리와 환율변동이 우리나라 제조업에 미치는 파급효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 금리변동과 환율변동의 산업간 직⋅간접 파급효과를 측정하고 또한 전방연쇄효과를 분석하여 우리나라 제조업의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 정책적 방향을 제시한다. 금리 변동에 대한 파급효과를 고려한 산업정책을 제안하기 위하여 먼저 후방연쇄효과가 고려된 총자본비용을 구하여 한 산업이 직접 부담한 자금비용 뿐만 아니라, 이 산업에 투입된 중간재 구입에 들은 자금비용의 파급효과까지 분석한다. 이를 위하여 직접자본비용율, 간접자본비용율 및 감응도계수를 구하여 이들 세 지수들의 대소에 따라 8개의 산업군으로 분류하여 각 산업군의 특성에 따라 정책적 방향을 제시한다. 환율변동에 대한 파급효과 분석도 같은 방법으로 직접수입률, 간접수입률 및 전방연쇄효과지수의 상관관계를 구하고 이 세 지수들의 대소에 따라 8개의 산업군으로 분류하여 각 산업군의 특성에 따라 정책적 방향을 제시한다.

영문 초록

In this study, we measures and analyzes the impact of direct and indirect of interest rate changes and exchange rate fluctuations, and it also analyzes the industry to forward linkage effects and the policy direction for the competitiveness of Korea's manufacturing industry. We propose a plan of policy of government in order to secure price competitiveness through the improvement of industrial structure, interest rate policy and exchange rate policy, taking into account the characteristics between industry. First, industrial policy considering the ripple effect of changes in interest rates considered backward linkage effect in order to suggest that total capital costs were incurred directly by an industry can be calculated capital cost. Also tCost of funds used to buy a fund be sent into the industry to analyze as a ripple effect. To that end, the direct cost of capital, indirect cost of capital rates and forward linkage effect index, the sensitivity of dispersion, can be calculated for these three indexes of eight groups of industries according to size. To present the future policy in accordance with the characteristics of each industry classification group. An impact analysis of currency fluctuations on the indirect, direct import rate in the same way as the correlation between import rate, and forward linkage effect index found. The three factors according to size eight groups of industries be policy direction in accordance with the characteristics of each sorted by industry groups.
