국문 초록

최근에 개발된 산출ㆍ산출(OO)모형과 산출ㆍ산출(OO)표의 경제적 성격과 함의를 바탕으로 하여 다음과 같은 연구 목적을 설정하고자 한다. (1) 새로운 산출ㆍ산출 생산순환체계를 통한 OO모형과 OO표의 경험적 경제분석에서의 적용 가능성을 다양한 방법으로 음미하는 데 그 목적이 있다. (2) 투입․산출(IO)표와 투입․산출(IO) 의존관계에 대한 대안적 연구 방법인 산출ㆍ산출표와 산출ㆍ산출 의존관계를 다양한 경제분석 방법을 통하여 그 의미를 규명하고자 한다. (3) 산출ㆍ산출 의존관계에 관한 경험적 연구를 통하여 OO모형을 통한 산출ㆍ산출 순환체계의 적합성을 검정하는 것이다. 산출ㆍ산출표는 행(→)으로는 최종산출의 배분구조로 중간산출(Bo)과 총산출(x)로 구성되며, 열(↓)로는 최종산출의 산출구조로 중간산출(w)과 기초산출(p)로 구분된다. 최종산출의 배분구조(→)에 의한 배분 중간산출비와 최종산출의 산출구조(↓)에 의한 산출 중간산출비에 따라서 개별 내생부문은 ① 중간산출․중간산출형(높은 전․후방연관효과), ② 총산출․중간산출형(낮은 전방연관효과․높은 후방연관효과), ③ 중간산출․기초산출형(높은 전방연관효과․낮은 후방연관효과), ④ 총산출․기초산출형(낮은 전ㆍ후방연관효과)로 구분할 수 있다. 아울러 산출물에 대한 생산유발계수행렬(C^9=(I-B)^-1)을 통하여 후방연관효과를 나타내는 영향력계수(IC_j)와 전방연관효과를 보여주는 감응도계수(SC_i)를 모두 정의할 수 있다. 산출 중간산출비(후방연관효과)와 배분 중간산출비(전방연관효과)에 의한 부문 분류(<표 10>와 감응도(전방연관효과) 및 영향력계수(후방연관효과)에 의한 부문 분류(<표 14>)에서, 두 분류 방법은 근본적으로 다르지만 분석 결과는 높은 동질성을 내포하고 있다. 이를테면 전ㆍ후방연관효과가 모두 높은 부문은 7부문(석유 석탄제품)과 3부문(음식료품), 후방연관효과만이 높은 부문은 16부문(가구/기타 제조업), 전방연관효과만이 높은 부문은 8부문(화학제품), 전ㆍ후방연관효과가 모두 낮은 부문은 25부문(공공행정 및 국방)과 26부문(교육 및 보건) 등으로 구성된다.

영문 초록

Based on the latest research findings and results in the economic literature on the Output-Output (OO) circulation system of production, the specific objectives of this paper can be summarized as follows. (1) We reexamine the usefulness and characteristics of the Output-Output model and table in the economic analysis through the newly developed Output-Output production system. (2) On the basis of an alternative model for the Input-Output (IO) table and the dependent IO relationship, we verify the economic meanings of the varied methodologies on the dependent OO relationship by sectors by constructing a new OO table. (3) We testify the validity of the circulation system of production in the OO model, originally developed by the authors (Gim and Kim, 2009), through an empirical study for the 2010 OO Tables of Korea. Each endogenous sector is classified into 4 different types of commodities (or industries) by the intermediate output-final output ratios in rows and columns of the OO table. The types of sectors based on the ratios are arranged as follows: ① intermediate output-intermediate output (backward and forward linkages both high), ② total output-intermediate output (backward linkage high, forward linkage low), ③ intermediate output-primary output (forward linkage high, backward linkage low), and ④ total output-primary output (backward and forward linkages both low). Moreover, the first priority of investment is given to the sector of intermediate output-intermediate output (backward and forward linkages both high) through the unbalanced growth theory by Hirschman (1958).
