국문 초록

Based on the background of China's higher education development, this paper explores the successful experience of private higher education in Europe and the United States to develop higher education in Henan. As an essential higher education region, Henan faces many challenges and opportunities in developing private higher education. This paper adopts the literature research method, case study method, and other methods to systematically sort out and summarize the successful experience of European and American private higher education, and at the same time, combined with the actual situation of private higher education in Henan, in-depth analysis and comparison. It has been found that European and American private higher education has significant advantages in terms of philosophy, curriculum, teacher construction, teaching quality management. These successful experiences are essential inspirations for developing private higher education in Henan. This paper puts forward suggestions such as clarifying the philosophy of running schools, optimizing the curriculum, strengthening the construction of teachers, and improving the teaching quality management system to provide valuable references and lessons for the development of private higher education in Henan and promote the healthy and rapid development of private higher education in Henan.

영문 초록

本文基于中国高等教育发展的背景，深入探究欧美私立高等教育的成功经验对于河南省高等教育发展的启示作用。河南省作为高等教育的重要地区，其民办高等教育的发展更是面临着诸多挑战和机遇。本文采用文献研究法、案例分析法等方法，对欧美私立高等教育的成功经验进行了系统梳理和总结，同时结合河南省民办高等教育的实际情况，进行了深入的分析和比较。研究发现，欧美私立高等教育在办学理念、课程设置、师资建设、教学质量管理等方面具有显著优势，这些成功经验对于河南省民办高等教育的发展具有重要的启示作用。本文提出了明确办学理念、优化课程设置、加强师资建设、完善教学质量管理体系等建议，以期对河南省民办高等教育的发展提供有益的参考和借鉴，推动河南省民办高等教育的健康快速发展。
