국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 사례관리에 있어서 사회복지상담의 이론적 탐색을 통하여 사례관리와 전문성 확보를 위한 사회복지상담에 대해 살펴보고 효과적인 사례업무 수행과 사례관리자의 효능감 증진에 유용한 사례관리 사회복지상담모형을 제시하는 것이다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 사례관리의 효과적인 업무수행과 사례관리자의 자기효능감 증진을 위해 사회복지 실천 현장에서 적용이 가능한 상담기법들을 절충적으로 활용할 수 있는 체계화된 메뉴얼의 개발과 방안이 적절히 제시되어야 함을 확인하였다. 둘째, 사회복지상담의 주요 이론들을 살펴본 결과, 교류분석 상담이론이 실천가의 역량을 증진 시키고 효과적인 업무수행에 유용한 지침이 되는 것으로 확인되어 교류분석을 적용한 사례관리 상담모형을 제시하였다. 연구 결과를 토대로 제시된 모형 활용에 대한 실천가의 교육 프로그램 및 사례연구와 효과성 검증에 대한 후속연구를 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine social welfare counseling to secure case management and expertise through theoretical exploration of social welfare counseling in case management, and to present a case management counseling model useful for performing effective case work and enhancing case managers' sense of efficacy. will be. As a result of the study, first, in order to effectively perform case management and improve the self-efficacy of case managers, a systematic manual should be developed and proposed appropriately to utilize counseling techniques applicable in social welfare practice in an eclectic manner. Confirmed. Second, as a result of examining the major theories of social welfare counseling, it was confirmed that the transactional analysis counseling theory improves the capabilities of practitioners and serves as a useful guide for effective work performance, and a case management counseling model applying transactional analysis was presented. Based on the research results, follow-up research on practitioners' training programs and case studies on the use of the proposed model and verification of effectiveness was proposed.
