북한이탈주민의 자기효능감이 남한사회 문화 적응에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 자기효능감이 북한이탈주민의 문화 적응에 영향을 미치는 영향에 대한 사회적 지지의 매개 효과를 검증하기 위한 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 북한이탈주민 200명을 대상으로 설문지를 배부하고 150부를 회수하여 SPSS 20을 사용하여 분석했다. 연구 결과 자기효능감이 문화적응에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 문화 적응을 중도 변인으로 하고 사회적 지지를 예측 변인으로 분석한 결과 물질적 지지와 평가적 지지가 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자기효능감을 예측 변인으로 하고 물질적 지지와 평가적 지지를 중도 변인으로 하여 다중회귀 분석을 실시한 결과 자기효능감은 물질적지지와 평가적지지 모두에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미친것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구 결과에 근거하여 북한이탈주민의 문화 적응력을 강화시키기 위한 자기효능감과 사회적 지지와 관련된 논의에 기여했다.

영문 초록

This study is to verify the mediating effect of social support on the effect of self-efficacy on the cultural adaptation of North Korean defectors. In this study, a questionnaire was distributed to 200 North Korean defectors, 150 copies were collected, and analyzed using SPSS 20. As a result of the study, it was found that self-efficacy had a statistically significant effect on cultural adaptation, and as a result of analyzing cultural adaptation as a middle variable and social support as a predictive variable, it was found that material support and evaluative support had a statistically significant effect. In addition, multiple regression analysis was conducted using self-efficacy as a predictive variable and material support and evaluation support as a middle variable, and self-efficacy had a statistically significant effect on both material and evaluation support. Based on these findings, it contributed to discussions related to self-efficacy and social support to strengthen the cultural adaptability of North Korean defectors.
