간호대학생의 인터넷 중독과 가족 의사소통과의 관계

국문 초록

이 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 인터넷 중독과 가족 의사소통간의 관계 정도를 파악하고, 인터넷 중독과 관련된 영향 요인을 알아보려는 목적의 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 J시에 소재한 대학의 간호학부 재학생 251명이었다. 자료수집은 구조화된 자가 보고식 설문지를 이용하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨의 상관관계, Multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과로 간호대학생의 인터넷 중독 평균 점수는 34.8점, 가족의사소통 평균 점수는 62.1점 이었고, 인터넷 중독 고위험 사용자군은 9.2%로 나타났다. 인터넷 중독과 가족 의사소통은 유의한 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 다중 회귀분석 결과 가족 의사소통, 건강 저하, 수면 부족은 인터넷 중독에 영향을 미치는 요인이며, 설명력은 23.6%(F=4.52, p<.001)이었다. 따라서 본 연구 결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 인터넷 중독을 감소시키기 위해 가족 의사소통을 증진시킬 수 있는 중재 프로그램을 개발하여 적용하기를 제안한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to find out the correlation between Internet addiction and family communication and to examine the influencing factors related to Internet addiction in nursing students. The subjects of this study were 251 students in the Department of Nursing at a university located in J City. A structured self-report questionnaire was used to collect data, and the collected data was analyzed using the SPSS/WIN program as frequency, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. As a result of the study, the mean scores of Internet addiction was 34.8 score, the mean scores of Family Communication was 62.1 score, and 9.2% of participants were included in risk group of Internet addiction. Internet addiction negatively correlated with Family Communication. As a result of multiple regression analysis, family communication, poor health, and lack of sleep are factors that affect Internet addiction and the regression model explained 23.6%(F=4.52, p<.001). Based on the results of this study, it is proposed to develop and apply an intervention program that can promote family communication to reduce Internet addiction of nursing students.
