국문 초록

연구목적: 이 연구는 장애 영유아를 위한 예비교사 대상 AI활용역량을 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하고자 하는것이다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 선행연구 검토와 관련 전문가 5인의 내용타당도 확인을 통해 AI활용 역량에 대해 조작적정의를 하고 하위요인과 문항을 개발하였다. 개발된 도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 확인하기 위해 예비조사와 본조사를 시행하였다. 연구결과: 그 결과, AI활용역량척도는 4개의 하위요인으로 구성되었는데, AI활용소양, AI활용계획, AI활용실행, AI활용평가가 그것이다. 척도의 총 문항수는 18문항이며, 각 요인별 신뢰도와 타당도는 모두 적합한 수준으로나타났다. 요인 간 상관분석 결과에서도 하위요인이 서로 적절히 관련됨과 동시에 구분되는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구에서 개발된 장애 영유아를 위한 예비교사 대상 AI활용역량 척도가 예비교사교육과 연수의 기초 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study aimed to develop a scale that measures AI utilization competency for pre-service childcare teachers of children with disabilities. Method: After reviewing previous research and review by five related experts, we developed an operational definition of AI utilization competency and developed sub-factors and questions. A preliminary survey and a main survey were conducted to confirm the reliability and validity of the developed tool. Results: As a result, the AI utilization competency scale for pre-service childcare teachers for students with disabilities consisted of four sub-factors, including AI utilization literacy, AI utilization plan, AI utilization execution, and AI utilization evaluation. The total number of questions on the scale was 18, and the reliability and validity of each factor were all found to be at an appropriate level. The results of the correlation analysis between factors showed that the sub-factors were appropriately related to each other and were distinguished at the same time. Conclusion: The AI utilization competency scale for pre-service childcare teachers with students with disabilities developed in this study could be used as preliminary data for AI education and training for teachers.
