국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 중도중복장애학생을 담당하는 특수교사의 소진이 교사효능감에 미치는 영향에서 그릿의매개효과를 탐색함으로써 교사효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 중도중복장애학생을 담당한 경험이 있는 특수교사 185명을 대상으로 소진, 교사효능감, 그릿에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료를 활용하여 매개회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 중도중복장애학생을 담당하는 특수교사의 소진, 교사효능감, 그릿의 수준은 긍정적인 것으로나타났다. 둘째, 중도중복장애학생을 담당하는 특수교사의 소진은 그릿과 교사효능감에 유의미한 부적 영향을미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 소진이 교사효능감에 미치는 영향에서 그릿은 유의미한 매개효과를 가지는것으로 확인되었다. 결론: 본 연구 결과를 통해 중도중복장애학생을 담당하는 특수교사의 소진이 교사효능감에 미칠 수 있는 영향력을 상쇄시킬 수 있는 효과적인 전략으로 그릿의 활용방안에 대해 논의하였다

영문 초록

Purpose: This study sought to find ways to improve teacher efficacy by exploring the mediating effect of grit on the effect of burnout on teacher efficacy of special education teachers teaching students with multiple and severe disabilities. Method: A survey was conducted on burnout, teacher efficacy, and grit among 185 special education teachers with experience in teaching students with multiple and severe disabilities. A mediation regression analysis was conducted using the collected data. Results: First, the levels of burnout, teacher efficacy, and grit of special education teachers teaching students with multiple and severe disabilities were found to be positive. Second, it was confirmed that the burnout of special education teachers in charge of students with multiple and severe disabilities had a significant negative effect on grit and teacher efficacy. Additionally, grit was confirmed to have a significant mediating effect on the effect of burnout on teacher efficacy. Conclusion: Through the results of this study, the use of grit was discussed as an effective strategy that can offset the impact that the burnout of special education teachers in charge of students with multiple and severe disabilities can have on teacher efficacy.
