간호대학생의 성역할 정체감, 비판적 사고성향 및 진로정체감이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 성역할 정체감, 비판적 사고성향, 진로정체감 및 대학생활적응과의 관계를 알아보고 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. B 광역시 소재하는 일 개 대학교 간호학과에 재학 중인 간호대학생을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 27.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 일반적 특성에서 간호대학생의 대학생활만족도, 전공만족도, 대인관계에서 매우 만족하거나 만족한다는 집단이 다른 집단에 비해 대학생활적응이 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 변수들 간의 관계에서 성역할 정체감, 비판적 사고성향, 진로정체감 및 대학생활적응 간에는 모두 유의한 정적 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 학교생활적응에 있어 영향을 주는 예측요인은 비판적 사고성향, 대인관계, 성역할 정체감 여성성, 그리고 진로정체감이었으며, 49.0%의 설명력을 보였다(F=25.405, p<.001). 따라서 간호대학생의 대학생활적응을 증진시키는 데 있어서 성역할 정체감을 고려하고 비판적 사고성향과 진로정체감을 향상시킬 수 있는 다각적인 프로그램 개발과 적용이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to describe the relationship of gender role identity, critical thinking disposition, career identity and college adjustment of nursing students. The participants were 179 nursing students in B city. The data was collected by questionnaires and was analyzed using SPSS 27.0. In general characteristics, the group who answered that they were very satisfied or satisfied with college life satisfaction, major satisfaction, and interpersonal relationships had a significantly higher score for college adjustment than other groups. There was a significant positive correlation among gender role identity, critical thinking disposition, career identity and college adjustment. The predictors influencing nursing students' college adjustment were interpersonal relationships, gender role identity-femininity, critical thinking disposition, and career identity, with 49.0% of the explanatory power (F=25.405, p<.001). Therefore, in promoting nursing students' college adjustment, it is necessary to consider gender role identity and develop and apply various programs that can improve critical thinking disposition, career identity.
