국문 초록

이 연구는 중국 유학생들의 유학생활만족도를 분석하여 대학의 유학생 유치전략 수립 및 실행에 실증기반의 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 선행연구를 기반으로 5개 요인, 13개 변수를 설정하여 조사·분석을 하였다. 분석결과, 중국 유학생은 개인적 유학동기, 학습적 소통, 생활지원 등에서 상대적으로 낮은 공감을 나타냈고, 연구변수간에 유의미한 정(+)의 관계를 확인하였다. 더불어 자기효능감이 유학생활만족도에 유의미한 부분매개효과가 있음을 검증하였다. 이를 기반으로 유학생 유치와 관리에 실효적인 전략 대안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to analyze the life satisfaction of Chinese international students and provide empirical insights for the establishment and implementation of university strategies for attracting and managing international students. Based on previous research, five factors and thirteen variables were identified and investigated. The results of the analysis revealed that Chinese international students showed relatively low empathy in personal motives for studying abroad, academic communication, and life support. Additionally, significant positive relationships were confirmed among the research variables. Furthermore, it was verified that self-efficacy has a significant mediating effect on the life satisfaction of international students. Based on these findings, effective alternative strategies for attracting and managing international students were suggested.
