국문 초록

본 연구는 장애인복지관에서 근무하고 있는 사회복지사가 사람중심계획을 처음 경험하고 조직 안에서 어떠한 경험과 성장을 하게 되었는지에 대해 자문화기술지 방법으로 탐색함으로써, 사람중심계획이 장애인복지 실천현장, 특히 장애인복지관에서 어떻게 조직화되는지 탐구하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 ‘자신’을 연구하는 자문화기술지(autoethnography) 방법을 활용하였으며, 실천 전문가를 대상으로 동료 간 협의(peer debriefing)를 통해 신뢰성을 확보하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 당시 현장의 사람중심계획은 준비 부족 및 미약한 인식 하에서 시작되었으나, 실천 경험 축적과 성찰 과정을 통해 개인의 성장과 조직 체계의 의미 있는 변화가 일어났음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 기반으로 서비스 제공 기관에서 자기주도계획을 수립할 수 있는 역량과 체계를 갖출 것을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study uses autoethnography to explore how social workers working at a welfare center for the disabled experienced person-centered planning for the first time and what kind of experience and growth they had within the organization, thereby demonstrating how person-centered planning can be applied to the field of welfare for the disabled, especially welfare centers for the disabled. The purpose was to explore how it is organized. To this end, this study used the autoethnography method of studying the ‘self’ and sought to secure reliability through peer debriefing with practicing experts. As a result of the study, Person-centeredness began with lack of preparation and weak awareness, but through the accumulation of practical experience and reflection, it was possible to examine individual growth and changes in the organizational system. Based on these research results, it was proposed that service providing organizations have the capacity and system to establish self-directed plans.
