외국인 건설노동자의 산업재해 저감을 위한 VR을 활용한 교육콘텐츠 개발에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 문헌분석을 기반으로 외국인 노동자의 안정교육의 언어문제를 해결할 수 있는 방안을 포함하여 효과적인 안전교육 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, VR에 대한 개요 및 이론적 고찰, 둘째, VR 기반 안전교육 콘텐츠에 관한 선행연구 및 지금까지의 연구를 파악하여 시사점을 도출, 셋째, VR 기반 안전교육 콘텐츠의 사례들을 분석하고 한계점과 개선점을 도출 과정을 거쳤다. 연구결과, 첫째, 외국인 근로자를 대상으로 한 실감성이 더 높은 VR 콘텐츠의 개발이 필요하고, 다양한 나라를 대상으로 하는 콘텐츠의 개발이 요구된다. 둘째, 둘째, 교육콘텐츠의내용이 지루하지 않으면서 효과적인 안전교육이 성립되기 위해서는 작업환경과 유사한 VR의 트윈 환경 제작이 실현되어야 한다. 셋째, 안전교육과 관련하여 현실에 적합한 시나리오 설계를 하여야 한다. 넷째, 호기심을 유발할 수 있는디지털 휴먼 콘텐츠의 개발이 요구된다. 향후, 디지털 기반 감성 공유형 프로그램 개발과 외국인 근로자에 대한 적용, 건설 및 산업기업과의 협력을 통한 확산 방안에 관한 연구 등이 요구될 것으로 보인다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to propose effective safety educational methods, including measures to address language issues in safety education for foreign workers, based on a literature analysis. To achieve this, first, we provided an overview and theoretical review of virtual reality (VR). Second, we conducted a review of the literature on VR-based safety education content to obtain insights. Third, we analyzed various cases of VR-based safety education content and identified their limitations and areas for improvement. Findings indicate the following: First, development of more immersive VR content specifically designed for foreign workers, including content that caters to a diverse range of nationalities, is necessary. Second, creating VR environments that resemble real working conditions is essential to establish effective and engaging safety education. Third, realistic scenario designs relevant to safety education need to be developed. Fourth, the development of digital human content that stimulates curiosity is necessary. Research on the development of digital-based emotional sharing programs, their application to foreign workers, and strategies for dissemination through collaboration with construction and industrial companies will be essential in the future.
