국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 잠재전이분석(Latent Transition Analysis)을 적용하여 장애 발생 이전과 장애 이후의 두 시점에서 삶의 만족도 유형을 파악하고 시점간 전이 유형 및 전이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고자 한다. 분석결과, 첫째, 장애인의 장애 이전 삶의 만족도와 장애 이후 삶의 만족도는 저수준유지, 중수준유지, 고수준유지의 3개 잠재집단으로 분류되었다. 둘째, 장애인의삶의 만족도 유형의 전이 양상은 장애 이전의 삶의 만족도 잠재 프로파일 유형에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 셋째, 장애 이전 삶의 만족도에서 장애 이후 ‘저수준유지’집단에서 전이되는 영향변인으로 우울이 확인되었고, ‘중수준유지’ 와 ‘고수준유지’집단에서는 학력, 혼인상태, 건강상태, 일자리 유무, 우울, 정서적지지, 장애정도, 일상생활제한이 전이 영향요인으로 확인되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to apply latent transition analysis to identify the types of life satisfaction at two points in time, before and after the disability, and to identify the types of transition between time points and factors affecting the transition. As a result of the analysis, first, life satisfaction before the occurrence of disability and life satisfaction in the third year after disability were classified into three potential groups: low-level maintenance, medium-level maintenance, and high-level maintenance. Second, the transition pattern of life satisfaction type for the disabled was different depending on the type of life satisfaction potential profile before disability. Third, depression was identified as an influencing variable that transitions from the ‘low-level maintenance group’ in the third year after the disability in life satisfaction before the occurrence of disability, and in the ‘medium-level maintenance group’ and ‘high-level maintenance groups’, education, marital status, health status, job status, depression, emotional support, degree of disability, and daily life restrictions were identified as transfer factors.
