국문 초록

스타트업의 글로벌화는 기술과 아이디어, 인력, 자금 등 각종 자원의 연결을 통해 더욱 빠른 혁신과 성장을 가능케 하며, 국가 간의 협력을 도모하고 시장경제를 확장시키는 역할을 수행한다. 본 연구는 국내 스타트업의 글로벌창업 활성화 방안을 도출하기 위해 IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis)분석을 실시했으며, ERIS모델에 근거하여 E(Entrepreneurship), R(Resource), I(Industry), S(Strategy) 각 요인별로 도출하였다. 분석 결과, 글로벌창업 활성화를 위한 주요 요인으로 기업가정신(1순위), 제품/서비스 차별화(2순위), 투자유치(3순위), 공공 글로벌 아웃바운드 자금지원(4순위), 창업자의 네트워크(5순위) 등이 나타났다. 또한 모든 요인에서 중요도가 성취도(현재 수준)보다 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났으며, ①공공 글로벌 아웃바운드 자금 지원, ②글로벌 창업 펀드 구성, ③글로벌 마케팅 등 창업 지원인력 보유, ④투자유치 수준, ⑤법률 및 관세 규제 등 제도 정비 순으로 중요도와 성취도(현재 수준) 간의 차이가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이는 향후 국내 스타트업의 글로벌창업 활성화를 위한 우선개선 요인을 의미하며, 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 학술적, 실무적 시사점을 도출하였다.

영문 초록

The globalization of startups enables faster innovation and growth through the connection of various resources such as technology, ideas, human resources, and funds, and plays a role in promoting cooperation between countries and expanding the market economy. This study conducted an IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) analysis to derive measures to activate global startups of domestic startups, and based on the ERIS model, it was derived for each factor of E(Entrepreneurship), R(Resource), I(Industry), and S(Strategy). As a result of the study, Entrepreneurship(1st priority), Product/service differentiation(2nd priority), Investment attraction(3rd priority), Public global outbound funding support(4th priority), and Entrepreneurs’ network(5th priority) appeared. In all factors, the importance was significantly higher than the achievement(current level), and the difference between the importance and the achievement(current level) was large in the order of ①Public global outbound funding support, ②Global startup fund composition, ③Retention of manpower to support startups such as global marketing, ④Investment attraction level, ⑤Reorganization of laws and customs regulations. This means the priority improvement factor for the activation of the global startups of the domestic startups in the future, and the academic and practical implications were derived based on these research results.
