대학의 일통합 학습모형 적용에 관한 탐색적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 미래 직무 현장과 대학 교육 과정에서 학생들의 업무 경험을 의도적으로 연계 하고 통합하기 위한 일통합 학습모형을 탐색하고 부동산 및 관광전공 분야를 중심으로 적용 방안을 제안하기 위하여 연구되었다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 일통합 학습에 대한 이론적, 실무적 선행 연구와 국내외 사례를 검토하고, 이를 바탕으로 학년별 적용 정도와 범위에 따라 전체과정 통합모형, 특정영역 심화모형, 특정주제 중심모형, 다중과정 다양화모형의 4가지 유형으로 구성된 일통합 학습 모형을 제시하였으며, 관광 및 부동산전공 중심으로 적용 방안을 제안하였다. 구체적인 일통합학습 적용방안으로 전공을 특성상 부동산전공은 특정주제 중심모형으로 관광전공은 전체과정 통합모형으로 세부 적용방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 대학에서 실행할 수 있는 일통합 학습 모형을 제시하고 부동산 및 관광전공을 중심으로 구체적인 적용방안을 제시하였다는 점이다. 본 연구의 한계점으로는 국내에는 관련 연구가 없기 때문에 탐색적 연구로 제시된다는 한계를 가지고 있다는 점이며, 향후 연구에서는 통합 학습 모형별 효과적인 세부 프로그램 적용 및 평가 방법에 대한 구체적인 적용 연구가 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to develop a work-integrated learning model to intentionally link and integrate students' work experiences in future job sites and university curriculum, and to propose application plans focusing on real estate and tourism majors. To achieve this research purpose, theoretical and practical prior studies and domestic and foreign cases of work-integrated learning were reviewed, and based on this, a work-integrated learning model consisting of four types: a full-course integrated model, a specific area advanced model, a specific topic-oriented model, and a multi-process diversification model was proposed. Due to the nature of the major as a specific integrated learning application plan, the real estate major was presented as a specific topic-oriented model, and the tourism major was presented as a full-course integrated model. The implication of this study is that it presented a work-integrated learning model that can be implemented in universities and specific application plans centered on real estate and tourism majors. The limitation of this study is that there is no related research in Korea, so it is presented as an exploratory study, and future studies will require research on effective detailed program application and evaluation methods for each integrated learning model.
