국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 인문사회계열 대학생이 지각한 사회적지지와 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감과 취업불안의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 경기도 소재 A 대학교 인문사회계열 재학생을 대상으로 조사연구를 실시하였으며, 최종 379부의 자료를 수집하였다. 자료의 분석은 Hayes(2022)의 PROCESS macro(Model=14)를 이용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인문사회계열 대학생의 사회적지지와 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감은 완전 매개효과를 보였다. 둘째, 진로결정자기효능감과 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 취업불안은 조절효과를 보였다. 이상의 연구결과는 인문사회계열 대학생의 사회적지지 향상을 통해 취업불안을 낮추고, 한편으론 진로결정자기효능감을 높이는 노력이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the moderated mediating effect of career decision self-efficacy and job search anxiety in the relationship between social support and career preparation behaviors in humanities and social science college students. To this end, a research study was conducted targeting students of humanities and social sciences at A University in Gyeonggi-do, and finally, 379 copies of data were collected. The data was analyzed using Hayes' (2022) PROCESS macro (Model=14). The findings are as follows: First, career decision self-efficacy had a full mediating effect on the relationship between social support and career preparation behaviors among humanities and social sciences college students. Second, job search anxiety showed a moderating effect on the relationship between career decision self-efficacy and career preparation behaviors. The above findings suggest that efforts should be made to improve the social support of college students in the humanities and social sciences to reduce job search anxiety and increase career decision self-efficacy.
