국문 초록

독일의 전일제 학교제도는 그 국가의 교육 발전과 정체성에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 해당 제도의 교육적 의미와 그 교육체계 내에서의 확충 역할에 대한 것이다. 독일의 교육 정책은 학생들에게 균등한 교육 기회를 제공하는 데 중점을 둔다. 전일제 학교는 이 목표를 지원하는 중요한 매개체로 작용한다. 이 제도를 통해 학생들은 학교 환경 내에서 다양한 학문적, 사회적 경험을 얻게 된다. 또한, 전일제 학교는 학생들의 학습 동기와 참여도를 높이는데 큰 역할을 한다. 이를 통해 학생들은 교육과정에 더욱 몰입하게 되며, 전반적인 학업 성취도와 생활 기술 향상에 기여하게 된다. 특히, 사회적, 문화적 다양성을 인정하고 존중하는 태도를 배울 수 있다. 국제적 교육 표준과의 관계에서 볼 때, 독일의 전일제 학교제도는 국제적 교육 표준에 맞춰 학생들에게 필요한 기술과 지식을 제공하는데 큰 기여를 하고 있다. 다른 국가들과의 비교에서도 독일의 전일제 학교제도는 교육의 효율성과 질의 향상에 뚜렷한 장점을 보인다. 결론적으로, 독일의 전일제 학교제도는 교육적 의미와 교육체계 확충에 큰 기여를 하고 있다. 이 연구를 통해 해당 제도의 중요성과 효과를 확인할 수 있었으며, 다른 국가들의 교육제도 발전 방향에도 중요한 참고 자료가 될 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

The full-day school system in Germany plays a significant role in the country's educational advancement and identity. This research explored the educational significance of this system and its reinforcement role within the educational framework. The study began by examining the historical background of the full-day school system, leading up to its development. Germany's education policy emphasizes providing equal educational opportunities for all students. The full-day school serves as a crucial medium to support this objective. Through this system, students gain various academic and social experiences within the school environment. Additionally, full-day schools play a vital role in enhancing students' learning motivation and participation. As a result, students become more immersed in the curriculum, contributing to overall academic achievements and improvement in life skills. Importantly, it allows students to recognize and respect social and cultural diversity. In relation to international educational standards, Germany's full-day school system significantly contributes by aligning with these standards, equipping students with the necessary skills and knowledge. When compared to other countries, Germany's full-day school system distinctly showcases advantages in educational efficiency and quality. In conclusion, the full-day school system in Germany greatly contributes to educational significance and strengthens the educational framework. This research affirmed the importance and effectiveness of this system, anticipating it to be a valuable reference for the educational system development direction in other countries.
