국문 초록

본 연구는 Q방법론을 통해 사범대학생들의 진로인식 및 행동의 유형을 확인하고 각 유형별 특성에 따른 진로교육의 내용과 방법을 모색하고자 하였다. A대학 사범대학에 재학중인 32명을 P표본으로 선정하여 5점 척도로 36개의 Q표본 진술문을 정규분포에 모두 분류하게 하였다. 수집된 자료는 PQMethod 2.35를 사용하여 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 예비교사들의 진로인식 및 행동은 5가지 유형으로 분류할 수 있었다. 제1유형은 ‘임용시험 부담형’, 제2유형은 ‘철저한 진로행동형’ , 제3유형은 ‘진로 미성숙형’, 제4유형은 ‘대안진로 염두형’‘, 제 5유형은 ‘진로준비 유예형’으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 각 유형별 특성을 밝히고, 사범대학생의 진로 개발을 위한 맞춤형 진로지도 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Through the Q methodology, this study attempted to identify types of career perception and behavior of students at College of Education and to analyze the contents and methods of career education according to the characteristics of each type. Thirty-six Q statements were selected that represent the perception and preparation behavior of career were drawn by literature review and interview. The sample consisted of 32 college of education students. They were asked to rank-order Q statements on the 11 point continuum first, and then to explain the reasons why they made their choices. The result of this study was classified into five types, based on the interpretation of the most agreed and disagreed statements: 1) burden of examination of education 2) thorough career behavior 3) career immaturity 4) exploring alternative career 5) deferral of career preparation. Based on the results of this study, suggestions that include guidance plans of education and policy for college of education are discussed.
