목 적 :
탈북민 여성들의 신체화 증상에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보고자 이 연구를 수행하였다.
방 법 :
국내 입국한 북한이탈주민 중 한국판 역학연구센터 우울척도(the Center for Epidemiologic Studies-Depression scale, CES-D) 21점 이상의 우울 고위험군 242명을 대상으로 한국판 역학연구센터 우울척도(the Center for Epidemiologic Studies-Depression scale, 이하 CES-D) 점수와 간이정신진단검사(Symptom Checklist-90-Revision) 신체화 차원(이하 SCL-90R-SOM) 점수를 측정하였으며, 신체화 증상에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 측정 후 이에 대한 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다.

Objectives :
This study was designed for an analysis of the related factors of somatic symptoms in depressive North Korean Refugee Women.
Methods :
We measured the related factors with the Center for Epidemiologic Studies-Depression scale (CES-D) scores and Symptom Checklist-90-Revision (SCL-90R-SOM) scores in North Korean Refugee Women whose CES-D scores were over 21. We performed the multiple regression test in depressive North Korean Refugee Women.
Results :
CES-D scores (t=5.013, p<0.001) and age (t=2.167, p=0.033) were significantly correlated with SCL-90R-SOM scores.
Conclusion :
This study will be helpful to understand the North Korean Refugee Women who have somatic symptoms.
