부모의 학대와 청소년의 자살생각 관계에서 자아존중감, 학교생활만족도의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 2020년 아동·청소년 인권실태조사 자료를 활용하여 아동·청소년이 인지하는 부모로부터의 학대 경험이 자살생각에 미치는 영향에서 자아존중감과 학교생활만족도의 매개효과를 확인하고자 시행되었다. 전체 응답자 8,623명 중, 중고등학생이면서 자살사고와 관련하여 응답한 경우인5,669명의 자료가 사용되었다. 자료는 SPSS 22.0으로 분석하였다. 매개효과 확인은 회귀분석을 이용하였고, 유의성 검증은 Sobel test로 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 부모학대, 청소년의 자살생각, 자아 존중감, 학교생활 만족도 간 상관관계가 나타났다. 부모학대와 청소년의 자살생각 간의관계에서 자아존중감과 학교생활만족도의 부분 매개효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 청소년의 자아 존중감 향상, 학교생활 만족도 향상을 지원하여 청소년의 자살생각이 감소 될 수 있도록 돕는 다각적인 지원 및 교육이 필요함을 확인할 수 있다.

영문 초록

Using data from the 2020 Child and Youth Human Rights Survey, this study was conducted toconfirm the mediating effect of self-esteem and school life satisfaction in the effect of abuseexperiences from parents perceived by children and adolescents on suicidal thoughts. Of thetotal 8,623 respondents, data from 5,669 respondents, excluding those who did not respond,were used in relation to suicide accidents. The data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0. The results ofthe study are as follows. There was a correlation between parental abuse, adolescents' suicidalthoughts, self-esteem, and school life satisfaction. The mediating effects of self-esteem andschool life satisfaction were a partial mediating in the relationship between parental abuse andadolescents' suicidal thoughts. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that varioussupport and education are needed to help reduce suicidal thoughts by improving adolescents'self-esteem and school life satisfaction.
