상담자 불안정 성인애착과 작업 동맹의 관계에서 발달수준에 의해 조절된 심리적 소진의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 상담자의 불안정 성인애착과 작업동맹의 관계에서 발달수준에 의해 조절된 심리적 소진의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 국내 청소년 및 성인 심리상담사 291명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS 26.0과 SPSS PROCESS Macro를 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째,심리적 소진은 상담자의 성인애착 중 애착불안과 작업동맹 사이를 부분매개 하였으며, 애착회피와작업동맹 사이는 완전매개 하였다. 둘째, 심리적 소진과 작업동맹의 관계에서 발달수준의 조절효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 상담자의 애착불안, 애착회피가 심리적 소진을 매개하여 작업동맹으로 이어지는경로에서 발달수준의 조절된 매개효과를 살펴본 결과, 발달수준이 낮거나 평균인 집단에서 통계적으로 유의한 조절된 매개효과가 나타났다. 본 연구는 작업동맹에 영향을 미치는 상담자 요인을 모색하고자 하였으며, 본 연구의 제한점 및 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study examined the moderated mediating effect of development level throughpsychological burnout in the effect of insecure adult attachment on working alliance. To thisend, a survey was conducted on 291 counselors, and the results are as follows. First,psychological burnout had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between attachmentanxiety and working alliance and a full mediating effect in the relationship between attachmentavoidance and working alliance. Second, development level had a moderating effect in therelationship between psychological burnout and working alliance. Third, when developmentlevel is low or average, the mediating effect of psychological burn-out controlled bydevelopment level was shown to be significant in the relationship between attachment anxiety,attachment avoidance and working alliance. This study tried to find counselor factorsinfluencing the working alliance by revealing the role of psychological burnout anddevelopment level in the relationship between Insecure adult attachment and Working alliance. Finally, the limitations and suggestions for future study were discussed.
