영문 초록

(Purpose) The purpose of this study is to analyze the priorities of psychological recovery support measures for local residents after the corona pandemic and to present policy implications. (Design/Methodology/Approach) This study uses two research methods. First, big data analysis related to COVID-19 keywords was performed using 'BIGKinds', a news analysis website of the Korea Press Foundation. Second, a priority analysis of psychological recovery support components for local residents after the corona pandemic was performed. Priority analysis was performed focusing on institutional design, organizational redesign, support targets, and necessary services. (Findings) As a result of the analysis, in the big data analysis, the number of confirmed cases, damage and countermeasures for small business owners, concerns about long-term exposure, concerns about the psychological emotions of local residents such as anxiety or depression, and economic conditions including small business owners appeared as important issues and matters of interest. As a result of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis, support for workers affected by disasters and infectious diseases was the most important, followed by the establishment of an agency dedicated to psychological support, establishment of a cooperative system, and support for contagious diseases. (Research implications or Originality) Based on the analysis results, this study suggested that, first, the establishment of a community-centered mental health service and support system, and second, the need for local governments to appropriately respond to changes in government policy and to enact ordinances for local residents.
