영문 초록

(Purpose) This paper aims to predict administrative demand based on the performance tracking of local governments and to suggest institutional improvement plans. (Design/methodology/approach) For performance analysis indicators, in-output data and big data were used, and DEA-Malmquist, key keywords, and network techniques were used. it was selected as a case for tracking the performance of local government K (Findings) The analysis results are presented as follows. First, the average value of efficiency of local government K was 82%, and a total of 17 man power reduction was predicted to improve performance efficiency. Second, through big data analysis, the fields with high administrative demand of local government K are tourism, disaster, welfare, economy, and urban development. In the future, construction of a tourist parking lot, construction of a safety system, provision of a village community, job creation through industry-university linkage, and establishment of a smart transportation system were suggested. It was confirmed that it is possible to predict administrative demand through local government performance tracking. Until now, the administrative demands and forecasts of local governments have relied only on subjective and qualitative methods. (Research implications or Originality) This study was meaningful in that it presented comprehensive alternatives by applying objective and quantitative methods using performance tracking surveys. Demand forecasting without performance evaluation is impromptu and uncertain, but the forecast accompanying it can strengthen trust in the government and resident satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to establish and reconstruct the local government performance tracking survey system and apply it to continuous, planned and long-term surveys.
