국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 보육교사의 직무환경과 감정노동이 직무만족에 미치는 효과에서 심리적 소진과 자기효능감의 조절효과를 연구하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위해 보육교사 500명을 대상으로 직무환경, 감정노동, 직무만족도, 심리적 소진 그리고 자기효능감을 측정하여 분석하였다. 결과 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무환경과 직무만족의 관계에서 심리적 소진의 조절효과가 나타났다. 둘째, 감정노동과 직무만족의 관계에서 심리적 소진의 조절효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 직무환경과 직무만족의 관계에서 자기효능감의 조절효과가 나타났다. 넷째, 감정노동과 직무만족의 관계에서 자기효능감의 조절효과가 유의하였다. 결론 연구결과를 토대로 보육교사의 직무만족을 높이는데 필요한 프로그램과 제도의 구축을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating effects of psychological burnout and self-efficacy in the relationship between work environment, emotional labor, and job satisfaction among early childhood educators. Methods Data was collected from 500 early childhood educators and measurements were taken for work environment, emotional labor, job satisfaction, psychological burnout, and self-efficacy for analysis. Results The results of the study are as follows: Firstly, a moderating effect of psychological burnout was found in the relationship between work environment and job satisfaction. Secondly, a moderating effect of psychological burnout was observed in the relationship between emotional labor and job satisfaction. Thirdly, a moderating effect of self-efficacy was found in the relationship between work environment and job satisfaction. Lastly, a significant moderating effect of self-efficacy was identified in the relationship between emotional labor and job satisfaction. Conclusions Based on the findings of this study, suggestions were made for the development of programs and policies to enhance job satisfaction among early childhood educators.
