국문 초록

본 연구는 중국 산업구조 변화의 수준이 기업의 기술혁신에 어떤 영향을 미쳤는지에 대하여 분석하였다. 중국은 WTO 가입(2001) 후와 글로벌 2008년 금융위기 후, 빠른 경제성장과 함께 중국 산업구조 변화 수준과 따르는 영향에 대한 주제는 국내외 학자들의 연구대상이 되었다. 본 연구는 산업구조 변화를, 산업구조 합리화(产业结构合理化)와 산업구조 고급화(产业结构高级化)로 분류한 다음, 산업구조 변화의 최적화 정도를 검증하였다. 산업구조 합리화(产业结构合理化)는 산업 간의 취합수준(聚合质量)을 측정하는 지표로서, 산업 간의 균형발전 정도와 합리적인 자원의 배치정도를 반영하고, 요소투입과 산출의 균형정도를 평가하는 지표이다. 산업구조 고급화(产业结构高级化)는 산업구조 개편의 최적화 정도를 평가하는 지표이고, 산업구조합리화(产业结构合理化)와 산업구조 고급화(产业结构高级化)는 모두 경제성장과 산업 간의 파급효과에 영향을 주고 또 영향을 받을 뿐만 아니라 지역경제의 영향도 받는다. 본 연구에서는 2009-2020년 기간 동안 중국의 30개 성, 직할시와 자치구의 패널데이터를 사용하여, Stata회귀분석을 진행하였다. 연구에서는 일반효과모형, 혼합효과모형, 고정효과모형, 랜덤효과모형과 2SLS검증을 통해 비교 분석하였고, 지역을 동부 및 연해지역(东部及沿海地区)과 내륙지역(非沿海地区)으로 구분하여 결과를 비교분석하였다. 또한 기술혁신에 영향을 주는 핵심요인으로 변수를 추가하여 검증을 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 산업구조 합리화(产业结构合理化) 정도는 동부 및 연해지역(东部及沿海地区) 기업의 기술혁신(技术创新)에 큰 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 나타났고, 내륙지역(非沿海地区)에는 상대적으로 기술 함량이 적거나 중소기업이 주로 분포 되어 특정된 산업만 기술혁신에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 산업구조 고급화(产业结构高级化) 정도는 상대적으로 발전 된 지역인 동부 및 연해지역(东部及沿海地区)에서 주도 산업을 위한 혁신기술에 대한 투입이 많은 반면, 이런 혁신기술 전체가 모두 상업 산출(商业产出)로 이뤄지지 못하였거나 시간차이로 인한 효과가 아직 나타나지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 반만, 내륙지역(非沿海地区)에는 기술함량이 적은 산업이 많아, 기업의 기술혁신(技术创新)은 상업 산출(商业产出)로 잘 이어진 것으로 파악되었다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed how the level of change in China’s industrial structure affected the technological innovation of companies. After China’s accession to the WTO (2001) and the global financial crisis in 2008, the internal and external economic environment has changed, and the subject of rapid economic growth and the level of change in China’s industrial structure and its accompanying impact has become the subject of research by scholars at home and abroad. This study classified industrial structure changes into industrial structure rationalization and industrial structure advancement, and then verified the degree of optimization of industrial structure changes. Industrial structure rationalization is an indicator that measures the level of aggregation between industries. It reflects the degree of balanced development among industries and the degree of rational allocation of resources, and evaluates the degree of balance between factor input and output. Industrial structure upgrading is an indicator that evaluates the degree of optimization of industrial structure restructuring. Both industrial structure rationalization and industrial structure upgrading affect and are influenced by economic growth and ripple effects between industries, as well as being influenced by the local economy. In this study, a Stata regression analysis was conducted using panel data from 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China during the period 2009-2020. In this study, general effect model, mixed effect model, fixed effect model, random effect model, and 2SLS test were compared and analyzed, and the results were compared and analyzed by dividing the region into eastern and coastal regions and inland regions. In addition, verification was conducted by adding variables as key factors influencing technological innovation. As a result of the study, it was found that the level of industrial structure rationalization did not have a significant impact on the technological innovation of companies in the eastern and coastal areas, and in the inland area, technology content was relatively low or small and medium-sized enterprises were mainly distributed, so only specific industries affected only technological innovation. appeared to affect As for the level of advanced industrial structure, there is a lot of input into innovative technologies for leading industries in the eastern and coastal regions, which are relatively developed regions, but all of these innovative technologies have not been achieved in sales output or the effects due to the time lag have not yet appeared. appeared to be There are many industries with low technology content in Banman and inland areas, and it is found that technological innovation of companies leads well to sales output.
