국문 초록

이 연구는 강원도 춘천에 거주하는 청년들을 조사하고 이를 바탕으로 춘천의 지속가능발전에 필요한 조건을 찾고자 하였다. 조사 결과 청년들에게서 공동체, 네트워크, 플랫폼을 찾을 수 있었다. 청년들은 자유로운 개인을 기초로 유대관계로 형성하는 공동체가 필요하다고 인식했다. 이들의 공동체는 네트워크를 통해 다른 공동체와 연계하는 확장성을 보여주었다. 자유로운 개인 간 이해관계 공유는 같은 목적을 향해서 같은 행동을 할 수 있도록 해준다. 청년들이 집합을 이뤄 같은 목표를 향해 함께 달려가는 과정에서 집합의식을 형성하고, 개별 집합의 한계를 네트워크를 형성하며 극복하는 과정 속에서 공동체가 성장할 수 있다. 이런 청년들이 형성하는 공동체 그리고 공동체의 네트워크는 지역 임파워먼트의 기반이 된다. 강원대학교는 지역 거점 국립 대학으로 청년들의 공동체 형성에 있어 실질적 공간을 제공하는 공공영역과 다양한 네트워크의 중심지로서 플랫폼 역할을 할 수 있다. 이 연구는 청년들의 인식을 토대로 지역소멸의 위협으로부터 지역을 지키고, 지속 가능하게 재생산할 방안을 행위의 주체인 청년들에게 플랫폼과 인프라를 제공하고 청년 스스로 지역을 건설할 수 있는 역량을 제공하는 방안을 제시할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aimed at finding the necessary conditions for sustainable development by interviewing the youth living in Chuncheon, Gangwon-do. As a result of the interview,the research was able to find a community, network, and platform for the conditions.The young in Chuncheon recognized that they need a community with social ties based on individuality. The ideal communities must have the scalability of connecting with other communities through the web of community network. The sharing of the same interests between individuals allows them to act in the same way toward the same end.In the process of young people forming a group and running together towards the same goal, a collective consciousness is formed, and a community can grow in the process of overcoming the limitations of individual groups by forming a community network.The community and network of communities formed by these young people are the basis for local empowerment. Kangwon National University, as a regional base national university, can serve as a platform, and as a center of various networks and public are as that provide a practical space for youth community formation. Based on the perception of young people, this study aims to protect the local from the threat of local extinction and to reproduce it sustainably. To provide a platform and infrastructure to young people, who are the subjects of action, and to provide young people with the capacity to build the local on their own. will present
