스마트러닝 기반 병존언어 교수법 적용 경영학 탐색 수업 사례 연구

국문 초록

목적: 본 연구는 외국인 학부생의 경영학 전공 이해 능력 향상을 위해 스마트러닝을 기반으로 하여 병존 언어 학습 모형을 적용한 경영학 탐색 수업 사례를 소개하는 데에 목표를 두고 있다. 방법: 온·오프라인을 절충한 병존언어 교수법을 적용한 경영학 탐색 수업을 설계하고 확인하였다. 또한, 전공 어휘 이해의 비계의 역할로 이중언어화 사전인 『한-외 학습사전』을 활용하였다. 결과: 수업 초기에는 2인의 교수가 팀티칭하는 학습 방식이 익숙하지 않아 학습에 어려움을 느끼는 부분이 있었다. 하지만 학습이 진행되면서 경영 어휘와 경영 전공 내용 지식이 축적되었다. 그리고 수업 중 스마트기기 활용으로 자기주도 학습이 가능해지면서 학습의 불안감이 줄어들었다. 결론: 외국인 학부생 대상 경영학 탐색 교과목에 전공 팀티칭 병존언어 교수법 적용과 스마트기기 활용은 학습자들의 학습 능력을 향상시키는 데에 도움이 되었다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study aims to introduce a lesson case to investigate business administration based on smart learning by applying an adjunct language learning model to improve the ability of foreign undergraduate students to understand their business administration major. Methods: Smart learning and checked a lesson design to investigate business administration based on the application of an adjunct language instruction method that combined on- and off-line approaches. The study used the bilingual diction ‘Korean-Foreign Language Study Dictionary’ to serve as a scaffold to under- stand the vocabulary of the major. Results: Students were confused with some parts of the team teaching method led by two professors in the early days of the lessons. As the learning progressed, however, they accumulated the business administration vocabulary and the content knowledge of business administration major and decreased in anxiety about self-directed learning and study by making use of a smart device during a lesson. Conclusion: Team teaching-based adjunct language study for the major of foreign undergraduate students and the utilization of innovative teaching methods with a smart device in the classroom will help them improve their learning abilities.
