학생선수 e-School의 효과적 운영 양상 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 학생선수 e-School의 효과적인 운영 사례를 탐색하고 이를 기반으로 정책적 시사점을 도출하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 e-School을 효과적으로 학업에 활용하고 있는 학생선수 2명과 각 학생선수의 운동부를 담당하는 감독교사 2명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였다. 심층 면담을 통해 수집된 자료는 근거이론에서 제시하는 코딩 과정에 따라 분석되었다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, e-School은 학생선수의 보충학습과 학업 성취 경험에 효과적이었다. 둘째, e-School 학습 콘텐츠가 단위 학교 교육과정에 충분히 대응한다는 점과 문제 풀이 및 반복 학습 기능이 효과적인 내적 요인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 효과적인 외적 요인으로는 학생선수의 학습 동기와 학습 친화적 환경이 도출되었다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 학습 도구로써의 e-School의 효과적 활용 가능성, 학생선수의 특성을 반영한 학습 경험 제공 필요성, 운동부의 학습 친화적 환경 조성을 위한 다양한 개혁의 필요성에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the effective operation cases of e-School for student-athletes and to derive policy insights through this. To achieve this, two student-athletes who effectively utilize e-School in their academic studies and two supervising teachers responsible for each student’s athletic club were selected as research participants. The data collected through in-depth interviews were analyzed according to the coding process presented in the grounded theory. The results are as follows: First, e-School was effective in compensatory learning and academic achievement experience for student-athletes. Second, effective internal factors were e-School learning content sufficiently aligned with the respective school curriculum and the functions of mock exams and unlimited learning. Third, effective external factors were student athletes' motivation for learning and a friendly learning environment. Based on these results, the effectiveness of e-School as a learning tool, the need for providing learning experiences that reflect the characteristics of student-athletes, and the need for various reforms to create a friendly learning environment for the school athletic club were discussed.
