국문 초록

본 논문은 대학생의 취업준비행동 향상을 위해 대학생의 진로역량과 취업준비행동 간의 관계에서 긍정심리자본과 진로성숙도의 순차적 매개효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 부산광역시 소재 대학생 257명을 대상으로 진로역량, 긍정심리자본, 진로성숙도, 취업준비행동 척도를 활용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 상관분석과 중다회구분석을 실시하였으며, 매개효과 검증을 위해 부트스트래핑을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로역량, 긍정심리자본, 진로성숙도, 취업준비행동 간에는 유의미한 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 대학생의 진로역량과 취업준비행동 간의 관계에서 긍정심리자본과 진로성숙도의 순차적 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 대학생의 진로역량과 취업준비행동 간의 관계에서 긍정심리자본과 진로성숙도가 순차적으로 영향을 미침을 의미한다. 즉, 대학생의 취업준비행동 향상을 위해서는 진로역량의 향상을 통해 긍정심리자본의 발전시키고, 다음으로 진로성숙도를 증진시키는 과정이 주요함을 시사한다. 대학생의 실질적인 취업준비행동을 위해 진로역량과 정서적, 인지적 측면의 단계적, 종합적 지원이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study confirms the sequential mediating effect of positive psychological capital and career maturity on the relationship between career competency and employment preparation behavior of university students in order to improve employment preparation behavior of university students. For the study, a survey was conducted with 257 university students in Busan by the scales of career competency, positive psychological capital, career maturity and employment preparation behavior. The results were derived through correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and verification of mediating effects through bootstrapping. First, there are significant correlations among career competency, positive psychological capital, career maturity and employment preparation behavior. Second, the sequential mediating effect of positive psychological capital and career maturity is revealed significantly on the relationship between career competency and employment preparation behavior. The results of the study mean that positive psychological capital and career maturity have a sequential effect on the relationship between career competency and the employment preparation behavior of university students. In other words, in order to improve the employment preparation behavior of university students, it suggests that the process of developing positive psychological capital through the improvement of career competency and then promoting career maturity is important. Step-by-step and comprehensive support in terms of career competency and emotional and cognitive aspects are necessary for the practical employment preparation behavior of university students.
