재범률 감소를 위한 인문교육의 필요성과 개선방안

국문 초록

인간은 개인마다 삶의 여정을 가치 있고 아름답게 이루고 성취하는 삶을 목표로 살아간다. 이러한 삶의 과정이 사람마다 가지는 독특성과 각 환경에 따라다르게 표현되지만 궁극적으로 행복한 삶을 향한 방법적 모습을 통해 이에 수반되는 여러 가지 도구가 필요하게 된다. 지연·학연·스펙 등을 포함하여 자신이 활용할 수 있는 모든 것을 통해 욕구를 채우는 것이 보편적이고 이를 위한 성취를위해 매 순간 최선을 다한다. 현대의 발달 된 문화와 체계화된 시스템이 정교한 운영 속에 진행되더라도인간의 내밀한 곳까지 관리하기에는 불가능하다. 특히 수용자를 위한 교육과 이를 관리할 교도행정의 효율성을 아무리 강조해도 문제는 늘 따라오게 마련이다. 처음에는 수용자의 연령과 수용기간에 따라서, 또는 수용자 개인의 특성에 맞는 교육을 강조하고 그에 관한 연구를 주제를 중심으로 정리를 했다. 또한 수용자의 재범률이 높은 이유와 그에 따른 교육적 부재 및 뇌 과학적 연구 분석과특히 청소년기에 나타난 발달교육의 부재와 편향성 및 결정적 발달시기에 대한이해를 통해 재범률을 낮추는 것도 고려해 볼 만한 것이라고 생각했다. 개인의 인성과 적성, 개인적인 특성을 고려한 교육의 저변에는 뇌 과학에 대한 이해가 선행되고 이에 따라 교육의 한 분야를 신설하는 것도 필요할 것이고향후 이에 관련된 과학적 연구를 축적하여 수용자의 교육을 실시한다면 재범률을 지금보다 획기적으로 낮출 수 있는 대안으로 부각 될 것이다. 문제발생의 필연성은 개인의 몫이지만 이런 문제를 해결하거나 대안을 제시해 줄 수 있는 사회구조도 병행하여 변화해야 할 것이다. 특히 사회적 낙인으로 인하여 여러 가지 제약이 숨어있는 현실을 바르게 이해하고 자신의 위치를 정확하게 파악하고 나간다면 전과로 인한 삶의 어두운 그림자를 걷어내고 더 나은 내일의 삶을 향한 채움으로 나가는 첩경이 될 것이라 확신한다.

영문 초록

It can be said that humans live with the goal of achieving and fulfilling each individual's life journey in a valuable and beautiful way. Although this process of life is expressed differently depending on the uniqueness of each person and each environment, various tools accompanying it are needed through the methodology toward a happy life. It is universal to satisfy your desires through everything you can use, including delays, academic relations, and specifications, and you do your best every moment to achieve this. Even if modern developed cultures and systematic systems proceed in elaborate operation, it is impossible to manage even the intimate places of humans. In particular, no matter how much emphasis is placed on education for prisoners and the efficiency of the prison administration to organize them, problems always follow. At first, according to the age and period of inmates, or according to the individual characteristics of the inmates, emphasis is placed on education, and research on it is organized around the subject. And it was considered worthwhile to consider lowering the recidivism rate by analyzing brain science and understanding the lack of education and appropriate development period, especially in adolescence. Underneath education that considers individual personality, aptitude, and personal characteristics, an understanding of brain science is preceded, and accordingly, it is necessary to establish a field of education. Rather, it will emerge as an alternative that can be significantly lowered. The problem is up to the individual, but the social structure that makes this possible will also need to change. In particular, I am convinced that if we correctly understand the reality that various limitations are hidden due to social stigma and accurately grasp one's position, it will be a path toward clearing the dark shadows of life caused by criminal records and filling for a better tomorrow's life.
