자살예방실무자 상담훈련프로그램 개발을 위한 예비연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 자살예방실무자 상담역량강화를 위한 상담훈련프로그램을 개발을 위해 예비프로그램을 구성하고 그 효과성을 확인하기 위함이다. 연구절차는 김창대의 프로그램 개발모형을 근거로 프로그램 구성과 효과검증의 2단계로 진행되었으며, 예비 프로그램의 효과성을 확인하기 위해 단일집단 시계열 설계를 하였다. 연구 참여자는 자살예방기관에 종사하고 있는 자살예방실무자 9명으로 회기 당 360분, 2회기의 상담훈련프로그램을 제공하였으며 프로그램 제공 전, 제공 후, 1개월 이후 시점에서 변화수준을 측정하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 26.0프로그램을 사용하였다. 인구사회학적 특성을 파악하기 위하여 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 개입 전, 개입 후, 추후 시점에서 집단 내 변화를 확인하기 위해 Friedman test를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 상담훈련프로그램 참가자는 교육 참여 전, 참여 후, 1개월 이후 시점에서 상담자 자기효능감, 자살예방 지식, 자살예방 기술, 자살예방상담사 태도가 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 한편 공감능력은 프로그램 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않음에 따라 향후 프로그램 개발과정에서 공감능력 향상을 위한 프로그램 구성에 대한 보완이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to organize a preliminary program to develop a counseling training program to strengthen counseling capabilities for suicide prevention practitioners and to confirm its effectiveness. The research procedure was conducted in two stages based on Kim Chang-dae's program development model, and a single group time series design was conducted to confirm the effectiveness of the preliminary program. Nine suicide prevention practitioners working at suicide prevention institutions provided 360 minutes per session and two counseling training programs to the study participants, and measured the level of change before, after, and after 1 month. The SPSS 26.0 program was used for data analysis. Frequency analysis was conducted to understand the demographic characteristics. A Friedman test was conducted to confirm changes in the group before intervention, after intervention, and after receving results. The results of this study are as follows. Participants in the counseling training program showed statistically significant improvement in counselor self-efficacy, suicide prevention knowledge, suicide prevention technology, and suicide prevention counselor attitude before, after participation, and after one month. On the other hand, as there was no significant difference in the program, it was found that it was necessary to supplement the program composition to improve empathy in the future program development process.
