국문 초록

본 연구는 아파트경비원의 일 경험에 관한 연구이다. 연구목적은 아파트경비원의 일 경험은 무엇인가를 탐구하는 것으로 Giorgi 기술적 현상학 연구방법으로 연구를 진행하였으며, 연구참여자는 고령 아파트경비원 10명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구목적을 이루기 위해서 “고령 아파트경비원의 일 경험은 무엇인가”를 연구문제로 설정하였고, 연구를 통해 일 경험의 본질적 요소로 30개 하위 구성요소와 8개의 구성요소를 도출하여 연구참여자별 상황적구조기술과 이를 통합한 일반적구조기술을 하였다. 고령 아파트경비원의 일 경험 본질은 “나를 존재하게 만드는 힘”이었다. 본 연구의 의의는 첫째, 고령 아파트경비원을 통해서 노인의 일의 본질을 밝혀냈으며, 둘째, 노인이 일을 필요로 하는 이유를 밝혀냈다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 타 직종에 근무하는 노인이 경험하는 일의 본질을 밝히는 후속 연구와 노인의 일자리 제공의 당위성에 관해 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This is a study on the work experience of apartment security guards. The purpose of the research is to explore what the work experience of apartment security guards is, and the research was conducted with the Giorgi technical phenomenology research method. Participants in the study were 10 elderly apartment security guards, In order to achieve the research purpose, “What is the work experience of an elderly apartment security guard” is set as a research question, As a result of the study, 30 sub-components and 8 components were derived as essential elements of work experience. Based on this, the situational structural technology for each study participant and the general structural technology integrating it were performed. The essence of the elderly apartment security guard's work experience was “the power that makes me exist.” The significance of this study is, first, The elderly apartment security guard revealed the nature of the elderly's work. Second, it provided the basis for the elderly to need work. Based on these research results, follow-up studies that reveal the nature of the work experienced by the elderly working in other occupations and suggest the legitimacy of providing jobs for the elderly were suggested.
